1. COMPANY NAME (You/Your) is purchasing a job advert copywriting service.
2. C M Tyreman Ltd (Us/We/Our) will write you up to the maximum number of job adverts for the tier of service you have purchased.
3. A “job advert” is a text document written based on information You provide Us via an Approved Method.
   1. Approved Methods are
      • Google Form Questionnaire
      • Email Questionnaire
   2. Submissions via all other means will be ignored.
   3. If You would like advice on how to deploy the advert, please let Us know at this stage so that We can advise You.
4. We reserve the right to request more information from You, if what You submit via an Approved Method is insufficient.
   1. We reserve the right to have a telephone or video call with You or one of Your employees if We need to gather more information or clarify anything you have provided.
   2. Work will not begin until You provide us with this additional information, if required. This is to give Us the best possible chance of providing You with a deployable advert, first time.  
5. We cannot and therefore do not guarantee any specific results. This is because there are many factors outside of Your and Our control that influence what, if any, response you receive. 
   1. These include, but are not limited to:
      • Your market presence.
      • Your reputation.
      • Where you post the advert.
      • How aggressively You promote the advert.
      • The state of play in Your market.
      • The desirability of the job being advertised.
      • The quality of the information Your client provides You.
      • The quality of the information You provide Us.
      • The wider economy.
   2. If the absence of a performance or results guarantee concerns you in any way, do not purchase this service from us.
6. Once we have sufficient information, We will write your advert and send it to you as a Microsoft Word document. 
7. We aim to deliver a draft job advert to you within 3 working days of submission of information via an Approved Method. 
   1. We sometimes work weekends, which may result in a faster turnaround, but You should not expect this.
8. Sometimes, it takes longer than 3 working days. Most often, this is due to insufficient information being provided.
   1. To avoid such delays, please take care to furnish Us with as much information as possible (there is no such thing as “too much”) via an Approved Method
9. Upon delivering Your draft, You must review it and make Us aware of any material errors in the copy We have written.
   1. Such errors must be highlighted using the “comments” feature, NOT by tracked changes or any other method.
   2. If such errors are present, We will, of course, correct them promptly (usually within 12 hours, but never more than 1 working day in any case). There is no additional charge for this. 
10. Once you are satisfied with the advert, You must sign it off.
    1. Upon signoff, ownership of the document (including all copyrights and perpetual, international licence to use for any purpose) are given to you (it’s yours to do with as you will, in other words).
    2. You must not publish any advert, anywhere that has not yet been signed off. Doing this is grounds for immediate termination of our contract with no refund for unused service payable.
11. There are three tiers of service:
    1. Oberon (3 ads/month)
       • £300+VAT/month
    2. Tireless (5 ads/month)
       • £500+VAT/month
    3. Talent (10 ads/month plus one free)
       • £1000+VAT/month
12. You may purchase additional single ads over and above what Your chosen tier entitles you to for £150+VAT
    1. We reserve the unconditional right to decline additional work of this nature for any reason (or no reason).
13. Payment is per the tier of service You select.
    1. You will be billed monthly via GoCardless direct debit.
    2. Non-payment of direct debit is grounds for immediate termination of our contract.
14. You may upgrade or downgrade at any time and will be either charged or sent a pro-rata refund accordingly.
15. You may cancel at any time and for any reason (or no reason), just let Us know via email, text, voice note, letter, or carrier pigeon, and We will immediately cancel your direct debit.
    1. If you cancel, You may still use whatever advert entitlement You have left that month, before the end of the month, if that is Your wish.
16. There are no refunds for unused adverts and unused adverts do not roll over into the next month (for example, if you opt for 3/month but only use 2, you may not have 4 written the next month – the unused ad is lost).
17. We reserve the right to cancel if You or Your employees are rude, uncooperative, abusive, or otherwise behave in a manner unbecoming of an adult.
    1. No refund will be paid in this instance.
